Our Work
VOICES4ALL works at the intersection of communication, education, and community service. We help young people build confidence through public speaking and leadership programs while also using those skills to address real needs in our community. Our work includes free public speaking coaching for local students, bilingual heat-safety outreach for underserved families, and partnerships with schools, senior centers, food banks, and community organizations across Arizona.

Senior Centers & Homes
In 2025, Maricopa County identified that 60% of heat related deaths were among elderly citizens, which is why it is crucial for seniors to understand how they can keep themselves safe during hot summer months.
In response, we have worked with multiple senior living centers to spread awareness about heat safety through educational presentations and interactive activities!
Food Banks
At Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank, we were able to spread heat safety awareness by including flyers, which included safety tips and local resources, into food boxes for families to take home. As almost a hundred families receive food boxes everyday from Matthew’s Crossing, we were able to bring easily accessible heat education to these families in need.

Water Drives
Due to dehydration being a common cause of heat illnesses, VOICES4ALL hosted a water drive for underserved communities with AZCEND’s food bank. Through our water drive, we were able to collect 800 bottles of water for local communities in need during the summer heat.
Supporting Local Schools

Bogle Junior High School
At Bogle Junior High School, our experienced coaches teach students public speaking skills and prepare students for various speech and debate events through detailed curriculum, effective drills, and other workshops. Not only are students finding their voices through speech and debate, but they are also having a lot of fun while doing so!
Willis Junior High School
At Willis Junior High School, students are learning how to become better public speakers and debaters, preparing them for a future where they feel confident speaking up.

With speech and debate club being the first time Willis Junior High has ran it, our coaches are able to provide any support, resources, and coaching they need.

Basha Accelerated Middle School
At Basha Accelerated Middle School, we have hosted workshops specific to students' events, such as Congressional Debate, to help them prepare and practice for upcoming tournaments. With help from our coaches, they are able to receive specific coaching to their event to help them reach their goals.
