Youth for climate equity.

VOICES4ALL is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to advancing environmental justice and building climate resilience across Arizona.

Through community partnerships, we help ensure that communities most vulnerable to climate-related risks can access clear, practical, and potentially life-saving information. We also provide advocacy and public speaking training to empower youth to speak out about what they believe.

We believe young people can turn awareness into action and help build a safer, more equitable future.

The Issue

As climate change continues to become Arizona faces a myriad of climate risks, which include extreme heat and severe water shortages. According to the Arizona Department of Health Services, by 2060, nearly half the days in the year are project to be over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

How We Help

Heat Safety Outreach

Arizona's extreme heat causes thousands of emergency room visits and hundreds of heat-related deaths each year, with summer temperatures routinely exceeding 110°F. Older adults, low-income families, people experiencing homelessness, and communities of color are especially vulnerable.

Through our heat-safety outreach, we create bilingual (English/Spanish) educational materials and partners with senior centers, food banks, and community organizations to share practical information about hydration, heat illness symptoms, and local cooling resources.

Public Speaking & Leadership

VOICES4ALL provides free public speaking and leadership coaching to middle school students across Arizona. Through weekly workshops, student-led lessons, and mentorship, we help younger students build confidence, develop their voices, and learn how to advocate for themselves and their communities. So far, we have worked with students at ACP Middle School, Bogle Junior High School, Willis Junior High School, and Basha Accelerated Middle School.
